ABView can give you additional information about viewing file. For example, for files of pictures (such as *.jpg, *.bmp, *.gif etc.) ABView can show they width and height. For *.mp3 files you'll see ID3 tags, header properties (for instance MPEG-1, Layer III, 128 kbps, Stereo, 44.1 kHz) as well as its duration and current position of playbacking. When you are viewing palette files ABView can show you choosen color info in different color spaces.
      To turn on the view info mode for different types of files set 'Show information about playbacking file' flag within the proper page of the 'Option' window.
